Role Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Contract Advisor to provide contractual and commercial support during the development and commercial phase of a major offshore wind project.
The role will involve reviewing and drafting contracts, supporting contract negotiations, identifying contractual risks and opportunities, and ensuring appropriate flow-down of contractual obligations to partners, vendors and subcontractors.
Key requirements
* Proven experience in a Contract Advisor, Contract Specialist or similar role
* Experience within offshore wind, offshore energy, EPC or related projects
* Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements
* Experience with contracts such as LOGIC and/or FIDIC
* Good understanding of contractual risk and commercial negotiations
* Law degree or relevant equivalent experience
* Strong written and spoken English
Job Details:
Location: SW London - hybrid working possible (3 days office/2 days remote)
Contract: Full-time contract
IR35: Outside IR35 (subject to pre-contract assessment)
